About Us
Chase Glenn Consulting was founded by Chase Glenn, a transgender man who has seen firsthand how LGBTQ+ cultural competency and humility education can create positive culture change within organizations.
Whether it has been his personal experiences as a trans man engaging with service providers, managers, or supervisors, or his professional experience leading LGBTQ+ programs at large institutions and facilitating cultural competency workshops within the corporate, higher ed, governmental and health care space, he has seen what can happen with people have the opportunity to learn from someone who has lived experience as an LGBTQ-identified person.
Chase lives for the lightbulb moments.
Those moments when people are able to connect data that quantifies LGBTQ+ experience, stories that personalize LGBTQ+ experience, and the business case for embracing LGBTQ+ inclusion within their organization. He has seen the positive impact this type of education can have on individuals and how those individuals can affect culture change within the organizations they serve.
